Thread successful. By the way stronghold, how does my dick taste? Is this little e-battle that rewarding that you continue to check my thread just to see if there’s another little stab you can take at me? Let me know when you breach 5 foot 6 and drop your Napoleon complex. Maybe then we’ll see eye to eye ok?
What Napoleon complex? Youre the small one here and you keep proving it to us.
Im 5’7" by the way, and thats in my profile. If youre going to use shitty put downs, you might as well try and be good about it.
I think newb should diet down just a bit. Sure he is strong, but leverages play the biggest role in how strong you are. And well carrying all that extra mass helps a lot in leverages. Also all that extra weight is unhealthy at such a young age.
check out that picture, one is around newbs bodyfat the other is what I think of as a ‘big strong guy’ One is 30%+, other is 20% probably less. He can do what he likes, and if he is happy stick with it but my opinion is not to encourage a unhealthy lifestyle-especailly one that seems to be giving him confidence issues-
There are plenty of examples of powerlifters who are NOT fat, in fact most of them are some of the most recognizable names in the sport.

Hey little Sir, look at the mental quality you have agreeing with you. That guy agreeing with you alone should tell you your a dumbass.
Mega did you read all your posts in this thread… and you have the gall to accuse ANYONE of lacking mental quality.
HHmmmmm
It is only that your 17 and probably so possessed by hormones you can’t see straight that i wont bother with attempting to have a logical argument.
Time to shoot up? Gotta go get some carbs for the slin?

Are you trying to say i use steroids ???
If so i will tell you now i never got the chance.
I have cancer, along with that bad hay fever for the 1st time this summer, along with that i have a perineural cyst at the base of my spine so its pretty damn hard for me to start what would have been my 1st cycle, so if your gonna try and be a smartass at least READ properly, before assuming shit.
Look to be honest, i think you have a complex about being HHUUGGGEEEE.
I have great respect for anyone who can lift those numbers, especially at your age…
BUT
Your attitude is in need of a little tweaking, many times in this thread you seem to equate BIG = KICK ANYONES ASS.
If you believe this, then you clearly haven’t been in or seen many fights.
Being 25-30% bodyfat SEVERELY inhibits movement on any bodypart, and what i would be worried about in your case is as a teenager your body still makes for lack of a better word “fat bags” that can only be got rid of by surgery.
Other than that, i commend you on your lifts, and eating properly but please give 2 seconds thought before you post…just because person A is being a jackass does not mean you have to be.

I love everyone. Hostile, did you get good answers to your original question?
I actually did. Also to be honest, along with all the great advice I’ve received, I’ve also been extremely entertained. Thanks for the laughs and the insight guys, I hope nobody took any of this too seriously. I know I didn’t. Good luck to all of you and whatever goals you’ve set for yourself. No hard feelings to anyone I “butted” heads with. One last stab at stronghold, I can put on muscle, you can’t put on height.

Your right its hard to tell since you do carry your fat in places that are most obvious-face, stomach ext-, yet your back and legs are pretty lean relatively-no real surprise considering your elite lifts in squat and deadlift-. I’m basing it off your 675 squat video also.
