Its all in your diet and training how your cycle will produce desired goals. Youre going to be dieting while on this cycle? and include lots of cardio?

Whats your bf% like? What weight are you wanting to get to? What do you want your bf% to be post cycle?

Do you have access to winstrol?

Competing in fighting im assuming not bodybuilding?

Do you get tested?

diet will be good,im clear on that, im like 185 18% ,maybe I should have put fighting soon,my bad
im normally feel good 155 or so 7-10% body fat
I only have 2 bottles of winsterol, Ive done what everyone says and read, read this forum, and many
such mixed info on the best way to use the stuff I got.
thanks for the reply

How long until your competition? To lose 30 pounds and retain stamina+strength is a tall order even with a cycle. How long have you been seriously training MMA? I find it slightly difficult to believe that someone with 18% body fat has been seriously training MMA for long enough to compete.

good point, coming off surgery that’s why,as far as the weight loss ive had to do before, this time just looking for a lil boost, jump start, normally im about 7-8% I feel strong there, lower I did not feel as strong, weighed my self this am,its about 22 lbs to lose, will I lose it,yes for sure, but like to be as strong etc,as I can, thanks for the reply.

in my opinion, winstrol is really bad for fighters. it might get you to the weight you want but your going to have a problem with your joints. since you said that you are an MMA fighter, this means a lot of jujitsu (grappling) and its all about joint. winstrol is a big no for MMA fighter. you will look good but wont fight good.

if your fight is in 4 weeks then: low dose of test, adding to it the Tbol for around 2 weeks then add the var 2 or 3 weeks before the fight. dont use everything all at once.

P.S: test will take time to work and see results unless its test prop or Test Suspension, same thing for the Tbol

Ah, makes sense now. Was just worried at first as I’ve seen friends cut ridiculous weight only to end up dehydrated, weak, and slow as well as losing a lot of flexibility on the mat. Sounds like you have the right mindset. Good luck man.
