He'll Fight Any Man!

Well that was uneventful.

A truly gifted orator. I’d love for him to share his insights on the Greek financial crisis or the ethics of offshore drilling.

Actually, he gave his number, maybe I’ll give him a call and ask myself.

Already rang him, its out of service.

Key notes?

That dude was on a documentary about gypsy weddings the other week, they are a shady bunch.

Hey, the 80’s called. They want their decade back.

Couldn’t tell, but why’s that guy so angry?

He’s dead…so ya know…

Careful…I dared to question the invincibility of gypsy fighters on a different thread and a certain member here didn’t take very kindly to it at all. Very touchy subject for some.

Was this the prequel to Snatch?

Is that a poke at someone or you being serious?

Was that supposed to be English?

No, it’s straight up. I won’t name names because this was a year ago and I don’t want to dredge it all up again, but said member - who’s actually a semi-serious contributor, but isn’t active here at the moment - got VERY huffy when I suggested that not all gypsies are unstoppable killing machines and are actually human beings.

It all started when another member had a run-in with some thugs who broke into his flat and threatened his friends. He felt powerless afterwards so, understandably, he started asking around about the best martial arts for self-defense. ‘Guy A’ advised him to forget the martial arts and find the nearest gypsy camp to get fighting lessons.

Apparently, a few taught him how to fight as a teen by ganging up on him and beating on him daily. He wasn’t kidding, either: he seemed to think that they were doing him a favor.

Thinking about it, he probably got so upset because in a way I was casting doubt on his fighting ability by questioning theirs’.

Meanwhile, I didn’t know what I was talking about because the all the gypsies I knew were fake…

Well thats a different matter entirely :P.

I used to be friends with a gypsy (lost touch long time ago) and he was a very cool guy who didn’t hesitate in wanting to kick the shit out of some jerks at my school, ha!

But the way some act towards non-gypsies can be pretty un-settling.

Funny thing is, the guy I mentioned above wasn’t a gypsy from what I could tell.

I’ve crossed paths with more than my fair share of gypsies over the years (my father owns a demolition business, and they’d come around looking for scrap metal)…

Some are really mellow, humble people, but the chattery fuckers like the guy in the video are usually not the real fighters. My brother knows one or two of them really well and even they say that the quietest among them are the ones to look out for.

It must be true, because the mouthy ones always seem to give the quiet ones a wide berth.

Empty vessels really do make the most noise

Pretty sure this one is not an unstoppable killing machine

I was expecting somebody to come up, challenge that guy, and knock him out with one punch. The video would have been thread-worthy at that point.

That’s true of any group of people.
