If I had not looked at your profile,I would have continued to think you were joking…lol. But for your small stature,you have a lot of muscle…keep up the good work.

in the pic I was 190lbs. I am at 195lbs now and climbing back up to 200lbs.

So I’m curious as to how I’m going to look by my birthday in March. I’m getting ready to start training for the Bataan Memorial Death March in March, so I’ll be walking quite a bit from here on out. That and doing stairs. I’m thinking of dropping down to around 210 for this…figuring the lighter I am, the faster I’ll move (unhitching the trailer!!)
