ah interesting. So is that because your left pelvis sits higher than right that you always get sorer on right side rather than left ? And when you say you felt it do you mean that, say when you squat you felt your hips move or something similar?

Nice jump dude!! Been using your reactive development ideas in training lately, kinda doing a conjugate scheme with switching out a movement every week between 3 different jumps, then coming back to it and adding some weight and going through the wave again. Good stuff sir!

Sunday-10-23-11- DE Lower- MP OL- 2 weeks

Lots of Self ART and PNF stretching

Kneeling broad jumps (2 feet) to tire jump (21inches)

+2 30lb DBs x2x3<~~~ moving forward while holding the DBs was pretty tough

Squats- 230-250lbs in band tension- 350lbs bar weight x 8x2

Deficit Pulls-4inch+quaded minis- 315x3x1… mini band exploded on the left side and I almost killed myself so I bumped the weight up to 405 and did 5 more singles.

RDL’s- 315x6, 405x6, Previous rep max was 500x11 or 12 with a belt. Managed 500x15 with no belt today. NO hamstring pain at all.

Standing Crunches w/hold- Green band x 3x20

Superset w/

Bunch of leg swings and hip circles

Monday-10-24-11-

Ext Rot. Stretch + PNF
Cossack Squats w/ Band Tractionx6x6… these were awesome.

Sumo Deads while standing on 2 airex pads- 135x25, 25, 50=100 total

Superset w/

Bulgarian Split Squats- BWx10, 10, 20=40 total. Now that my hips are even, I have a serious bilateral deficit that needs correcting.

Back Traction x until I felt awesome.

Monday-PM-10-24-11- Late Night Prowlin’

60 feet, 270lbs, wanted to do 6 trips but it was VERY easy. Easier than it should have been and I have no idea why. 10 trips in 7:15. That is pretty close to my time with just 180lbs. Upping the weight next week and pushing it until I die.

Tuesday-10-25-11-ME Upper

All kinds of shoulder/elbow mobs. Elbows felt trashed the entire workout for some reason. The right one especially. It calmed down after I smashed the insertions against a barbell for a few minutes. The first 30-45s of this caused my eyes to tear up it hurt so bad, once it was loose it was fine… gotta stay on top of this.

Medium Grip Fat Bar Reverse Band- Average- 255x5, 305x3, 345x1, 395x1, 435x1, 485x1, 505x1, 525x0<~~~ 505 was a PR with the fat bar.

Same set-up except- Competition Grip- 2bd manpon- 345x6, 435x6, 455x6, 475x6<~~~~ had more in the tank, will get 500 next time

V-Grip Seated Lat Row Thingy- Greenx20, 2xgreens + purple x4x15

1 Arm Bent Rear Delt Raise- 30lbsx5x10

It was awful. I have not had that much weight on my back in a long time and it ruined me for the rest of the day.
