i binge on sweet potatoes, whole wheat toast with coconut oil(as butter), and, here is my biggest vice: white rice with cilantro and lime. i can eat a TUB of this stuff and ask for seconds.
the Krispy Kreme was for my birthday. and yes, i ate the entire box!!!
You are correct sir, my home is in the northeast!! That’s funny. We do have Krispy Kreme up here, I just always preferred the Dunkin.

my split is thus: arms/shoulders, legs, back/chest
i will pick one movement I can go reaosonable heavy with and not aggrivate injuries, then do a 3-4 movement circuit.

b3 cybex machine triceps press 3x8
C1 kettle bell hammer curls 3x15
C2 cybex preacher curl machine 3x8
Legs
A1 cybex lying leg press 5x10
A2 DB stiff leg dead lift 5x15x120lb dbs
A3 split squat 3x20
A4 walking lunges with kettle bells overhead
back/chest
A1 deadlift 350x5, 225x20
B1 machine lat pulldown 3x10
B2 standing cable row 3x10
b3 stiff arm cable pulldown 3x15
C1 neutral grip push ups with chains work up to 7 chains x 4 reps
D1 machine incline 3x8 mini bands attached for added top end resistance.
D2 cable fly/press hybrid(low angle) 3x10
D3 machine fly 3x20
