Sweet, HT seems we are running mates!
HAHAHA, well ok, i am on a twelve hour night shift run…here is some rules of my own, i will NOT do any steady state cardio, and i will NOT count macro and micros, you can give me meal plans, and i am smart enough to fill in the blanks, but that is it. anything else, i am your slave.
i will get my wife to take the required pics in the morning( it is 3am where i live, i just got off work)
i am curently 208-210lbs, and 5 foot 6 inches tall.

Here is what I need you to post :
-
Weight -208lbs
-
Height- 5-6
-
Full set of pictures. Fron relaxed, back relaxed (THESE TWO ARE NOT AN OPTION) and all other poses if you can - coming
-
Main goal (should be getting big and lean but you can put #s on it… tell me if you mind fat gains or not etc)- get lean and ripped withen reason i have been big, and strong, not important as appearance at this stage in my life
-
Resume what you’ve been doing training wise in the past well documented here on the site. competitive powerlifter, weightlifter, and thrower college regional and national level in my prime.
-
Days that you can train - any.
-
Time at which you train – early morning 6-7am after i get off work i work 12 hour night shifts 5-6 days a week. i have a very busy stressful job as a nurse in the emergency dept of a regional level 2 trauma center, i average walking 5-7 miles every shift i work, that is not pulled out of my ass, i actually wore a pedometer for a week to see.
-
What your diet actually consist of. If you got the macros or cals that great if not, np==i eat 1-2 “meals” a day, plus 1- 2 shakes. i cannot eat much more than that. again, i work almost every day and my job is such that i cannot take meal breaks. i am hustling running 12 hours at a time, the best i could do is maybe a shake at work while on the run.
-
What you like to eat meat and veggies!!! hate most fruit, cept blackberries, i do use the Biotest superfood sold here , as well as vanilla Metabolic Drive.
-
What you really dont want to eat–chicken breasts, oat meal, tuna
-
What kind of diet you like : 1) One where I give you food choices and tell you macros for each meal or 2) exact diet exact diet, i will NOT count macros or weigh food. haha
-
What you are currently taking as far as supps are concerned i am on doctor prescribed hrt 2 iu gh each day, and 200mg test cyp weekly.
-
Budget for supps i have a good income, i can spend whatever, as long as it is not ridiculous and tedious. remember, i work 60-80 hours a week, i do not have time to devote to every facet of my diet and physique.
-
Outline what your schedule looks like, the more precise you are the better work 4-6 datys a week, 6pm to 6 am, very active work, as described above, usually run my dogs and train in the early morning hours after work, eat something, then sleep till 4-5 pm until i need to get up, throw a shake down my throat and go to work again.
-
Any other info you’d like to add [/quote] not much, lots of pics and vids on my hub of me and me training.

also if this helps you acertian what kink of workout i am used to what my work capacity is, here is an expample, i did this workout about 2 hours ago after i got off work at midnight(got set home early due to low census)
A1 dead squat bar dead lifts from 3 inch deficit, after warm up, top set was 175kg plus 200lbs chain
A2 Swiss bar bench press with slight incline (4 inches) moderate wide grip, top weight 120kg
A3 standing fat bar barbell curs top weight 60kg
i did 10 rounds with this circuit resting only as long as it took to catch my breath and change stations, adjust my belt and straps, etc.
first circuit was 10 dead-lifts, 10 presses, 10 curls, weight stated constant on bar all time then 9-9-9. 8-8-8.7-7-7…all the way down to the tenth set i was doing singles.

Coming from someone else who also trains at home, I’m very interested to see what your routine will look like. Love training at home, but figuring isolation exercises can be a pain.
This is awesome…walking the walk Heavy.
I like it.

No offense meant in the following post, I respect you a lot HT and I think you’re a good dude…
I don’t think that’s a very good attitude to have when working with a coach. Telling him things you prefer is one thing, saying “I will NOT” do this or that is different… Working with a coach is trusting that he knows what he’s doing and everything he has you do will have a purpose and benefit your physique. Especially something like I will NOT count macros… that is definitely not something that will hinder your progress, it will most likely greatly improve it, and teach you a lot about your body.
You’re trying to take your physique to the next level, Zraw is putting in this work for you (for free), you can put in a little more work (and I think you’ll find it’s really not that much work to track macros, and will be a great exercise for the next 12 weeks or whatever). Same goes for the “I want to do full body training” thing, yeah that’s okay that that’s what you prefer and usually do, but that probably means doing something different will be great for you.
Just my 2 cents. Really, it’s only 12 weeks or so, I just think take that time and do exactly what the coach wants you to do, worst case scenario you learn a lot about yourself.
(And I know you’re not some young whipper-snapper looking to dedicate your life 100% to this and compete, and you have more life responsibilities to worry about and such, but Zraw knows that too)
i think he gave the choice of either picking own foods and using provided macro-nutrient counts and a guide, or providing exact diet, i simply am choosing the latter. not sure where all the angst comes from in your post, unless i misread Z’s initial post.
as far as steady state cardio, well, no excuses there, i just cannot do it. never have, never will. would rather take a beating than waist time drudging on a treadmill, besides, i do not have access to any of that stuff in my garage, and my knees cannot take any running. i walk miles each day for work. so that will have to do. ![]()
If Zraw and HT are unable to come to a compromise WRT full body training, I would gladly throw in some free programming for HT if Z would agree to still handle the diet aspect…
