on thursday i did 105 ez bar curls incline db curls and hammer curls
hey im back just wrtining on how things are going well im getting my scholiosis fixed.
and everything im doing im getting stronger.
i’ll start writing what im doing in a little bit
today
legs
600 leg press
leg extension 150 lbs. single legs
RDL 60 lbs. each hand
5x5

yes today i did 5 by 5s with big muscle groups
chest 250 lbs. 5x5
back lat pull 150 lbs. 5x5
squat 530 lbs. 5x5
deadlift 205 lbs. 5x5[/quote]
oh please, please, please get someone to make a video of you doing that 530lb squat for a 5x5…shit, even a single. i would love to see that. perhaps you hit the 5 and meant to hit the 2 for 230lbs, not 530lbs.
in general, it scares me that you train other people, as it seems as though you dont have a clue from reading this thread. anyone that has been “training” for 10 years should know the difference between powerlifting and olympic lifting. anyone thats been training for 10 years should realize that you dont follow a workout plan that came with some herbal crap you bought at gnc. good lord i have to get out of here…
I’m gonna say it was just a typo about the squat.
Just a question if you are just now learning the PL movements, what were you have a client do?
The core movements are great for both strength and losing fat so I would suggest having them start there…and not on a machine.

oh i meant to put leg press there
ok now i switched it
hey all im now on 4x6 and its going great i am getting stronger i can feel it and im increasing weights
hmmm i hit a new high today one ive never done before 80 lbs. bench press each hand
its a new mark for me i did 4X6
What?! You’re no personal trainer.
Also you did not curl 80lb dumbbells. Maybe if you throw your whole body behind it in a freakish effort reminiscent of the end of Oceans 12…but even then it’s highly doubtful.

sorry about that i meant dumb bell press 80 in each hand
and about the thing you said before not being a trainer. How would you know?
building your body for ten years, what the hell have you been doing at the gym, spa/sauna
10 years training, what have you been doing at the gym, did you actually go inside yet.you sound like the personal trainers over here in AUS, wankers. they read a text for a week end then they have their degree. waste of peoples money
WHO YOU TRYING TO CONVINCE? US? OR YOURSELF?!?!?!
sorry buddy but im calling you out on bullshit. as soon as i looked at ur pics and saw ur lifts i said this guy is full of shit straight off the bat, then i read ur posts, you seem to be moving up in weights a lil to fast for “someone who doesn’t eat right” (your own words)

you started the thread saying u can bench 225lbs x 10 then why the hell is 80lbs in each hand so hard for you? granted DB press is harder u should be doing more then 160 with DB’s if you can do the lifts you claim. you even got called on bullshit about the squats… then claim its a typo. sure, maybe it was…
this is why i dont listen to skinny people who try to give me advise at the gym. and no, your arms are not big at all, and i severly doubt u can do 100lbs+ curls…
i would hate to have you as a trainer in my gym, how do you expect to help people when you cant even help yourself? and a total of 9 sets for your upper legs?!?! your leg workout sucks, which also is convincing that you are definalty not a trainer, nore have you been training for 10 years. you need to stop lieing to youself, eat more, keep training, get lots of rest, a good workout, and you’ll eventually hit your goal of 200lbs. good luck buddy.
sorry for the harsh words, but i got to many skinny basterds in my gym that think after lifting for a few months its ok to wear beaters and walk around casually flexing their biceps when in a conversation, trying to front like they aint flexing… (worst is when your with a group of people, and you catch the dude flex and try to steal a glance at his own bicep. as he leaves your buddy asks if any1 else noticed and you all start to laugh) then going on to say how beef they got and bullshit on the weights they can lift… if im wrong about you i apologize and hopefully none of this should bother you.
well i havent been here for a while. i have reached a new high as for my weight im now @ 185 lbs. and climing.
Waaay too many goals and no info about food.
You need to rethink your approach.
Training a split program 5 times a week? Yeah at your size, I wouldn’t.
Going for speed, power and strength? Why? Don’t you want to get bigger? That’s hypertrophy.
IMO you should go on a hypertrophy phase for a good 3 months with a minimum of 4000 clean calories a day.
Use olympic lifts and power lifts with a minimum of 8 reps for each set.
You can keep going the way you are but in my opinion you are spinning your wheels.
I hope with your clients you keep them on the fundamentals because your current training looks like a beginner’s.
This is as supportive as I can be. But if you don’t listen… well we can’t help you can we?
Pretty much everyone responding in this thread is as full of shit as the original poster is…
What the hell has happened to this place?
