Has anyone ran this program that can possibly answer my questions? Basically I’m wondering if rest pause is considered density work, and what the best progression would be. Thank you to anyone that can help.
Coach Thibeaudeau, I am trying this program and had a question. For the volume/density portion can you perform it like rest pause, where you get as many initial reps as you can and then do singles, or is the intention to rack after each rep? Thank you for your time, i enjoy your work.
Quick edit here so i don’t waste your time, how would you progress on this routine, raise weight weekly? Monthly?
And is there a limit to how long this can be run? Thank you!
