I’ve bought the Heavy Grips HandGrippers, i can close the 100/150/200(only one rep) pounds. i wanna increase my grip strength. do you have any training program to help me close the other heavy grips?
I’ve used the CoC grippers in the past. One of the best things that have helped me is simply doing heavy rows (“Pendlay” style) and deadlifts using a clean grip.
Google “Heavy Grips training Clay Edgin” There is a beginner program that is a good place to start.
