Healthy Hydrogenated Fats?

So, evidently word has spread across interwebs that manufacturers using fully hydrogenated fats now make a healthy(er?) product, aka its just a fully saturated fat and it’s all good to go.

While I won’t touch the stuff, since I know chemical reactions are not 100% on both ends (unless you have excess stuff like hydrogen and catalysts etc in the oil still?), and in the deodorizing process (a step after hydrogenation) it’s common to see about a 2% increase of trans fat in the product… Does anyone know or can show a source of the actual composition of said fats? I can’t find a damn thing.

Lastly, I’m aware now that the 2 cis and trans isomer tests for such fats are inaccurate, and I believe error rate I read for mixed fat solutions is about 1-15%, compared to a single fat source.

Anyway, show me what you know, bc I can’t find anything other than slight percentiles of stuff… only search results lead to PB discussions lol
