Not an expert, nor even a user, but maybe you could look in to victor blacks aproach of doing more of a moderate aproach to reach supernatural levels with health in mind. Ppls opinions vary alot when it comes to experts, but atleast he walks the talk.
In 4 weeks you will only bloat and then piss it all out. 4 weeks are not enough to gain visible size that could actually stick on a cruise. You cant just blast muscle gain as such. There is a limit of how much can a muscle grow after training in X amount of days.
Also just anadrol is not enough to try this. If you would to try actual short blast for max gains, youd need max dose of GH - like 20iu a day, max dose of insulin, eat like 6000 kcals, up the test and add something else, probably tren would be the best.
Dunno about how bad on health, but from a gainz perspective, IDK what you’d get out of that besides 4 weeks of strength gains that will go away when you stop. Maybe if you get stuck at a plateau you could use it to bust through? IDK
