FTR everyone, Chia totaled 1420 in the 165’s including a 500lb squat and 605 deadlift. First place in that open class in a very competitive field of lifters in the lighter weight classes especially.

Lol, it’s only been 3 or 4 times. I get nervous sometimes and choke up on the bar more than I should. I made an effort to be more methodical in my setup and grip setting this time.

So 50 reps front ways and 50 reps back ways on neck. Gonna work up to 100 each way and then maybe add some side work and neck bridges.
