He Hates Europe for It's Freedoms

Maybe he doesn’t hate Americans because of our freedoms. However, Osama sure does look poised to order strikes agaisnt Europeans for practicing their freedom of speech.

CAIRO, Egypt - Osama bin Laden criticized the publication of drawings insulting to the Prophet Muhammad in a new audio message posted late Wednesday and warned Europeans of a strong reaction to come…

Clearly, this is the fault of US foreign policy.

If we weren’t in Iraq, these muslims would never have been violent. That the only reason for it all.

Since you are so happy kicking the shit out of the mule-carcass, let me continue;
Yes, it’s partly the fault of the Bush government because they made a rockstar out of him.
First, they raised him to supervillain status, like Hussein. Then after showing what a sick man on a donkey can do in escaping the apparent lumbering, impotent US Forces-leviathan, his rise to stardom was complete.
Visit pakistan, muslim-india or any adjacent region and get your Bin Laden tshirt, watch or XXL sized poster. WHile you are busy dreaming about them hating your freedom, they are busy worshipping someone they view as Robin Hood.
That’s what the Bush loons are to blame for.

The irony is, even if they’d catch him now, they’d execute him Saddam style, ensuring his immortality.

Not those dumb cartoons again.

Humor is a defining human trait. Come on, Muhammad, get with the program.

I swear, those fuckers argue a fantastic case in favor of their own extermination.

Can’t afford a camera any longer?

I guess it is true what they say - Bush Derangement Syndrome has no cure; it must die with its carrier.

Islamists have been pulling off mayhem long before OBL achieved “rock star status” because of Bush’s enabling, whatever the hell that means - and they continue apace, and it wouldn’t matter what Bush does or doesn’t do.

Now just how is the Bush administration responsible for Osama? Osama declared jihad on the west during the Clinton administration. The African embassy bombings were during the clinton administration. You are not making sense here.

Where you did make some sense was catching and killing Osama would enhance his status. Which might explain why we haven’t captured and killed him yet. Did you ever think of that?

[quote]thunderbolt23 wrote:

I had to laugh.

Practice of the religion of Islam and freedom simply do not mix.

In other words, those that practice fundamental Islam would fight against any free-living society, regardless of their international infidel status.

Perhaps they are afraid that their faith will be found to be none other than a lie perpetrated to subjugate the non-aware.

It is Bush’s fault he blew up a couple embassies and the WTC? That is what made his so popular in the Islamic world.

You are seriously backwards on this one.

What a bunch of horse shit. Bin Laden was a radical muslim hero long before 9/11. Remember the embassies, the USS Cole, and numerous other attacks against allies? When he qwas identified as the guilty party what should we do call him “He who must not be named?” live Voldemort?
Ironocally he seems to have a lot of support in Europe.

Sadly, there are too many on the here site who would be pleased.

I am so SICK AND TIRED of discussing muslims and their behaviour.

They can bomb us all they want. They wont conquer anything with their puny bombs. They dont dare to really hit us hard (they dont have the muscle and BRAINS either) becaise we will stop being so nice and NUKE them without prejudice or ehnic cleanse them where they live close to us. Sooner or later they have to come out in the open where we can see those little creeps and we have seen what happens hahahha.

THEY couldnt even take Israel with 80 million ragheads agains 6 million jews in the 60s and 70s and they tried twice.

we have nothing to fear when its show time.

Cant wait. think ill make myself a necklace with muslim ears.

Horse Shit? Radical Hero long before 9/11?
You’re full of shit yourself. It’s so sad how some guys are brainwashed by the amateurish media propaganda of a government that is to stupid to take a dump.
In the western world before 9/11, Bin Laden was a nobody for 99% of the people. And that was probably also true for the rest of the world. Your president didn’t even know how to spell “taliban”. These are facts.
And of course you put him on a pedestal with outlandish claims like his james bondish underground fortress or the idea that he actually had any direct ability to command from a cave.
Because Baby Bush -and the rest of the chickenhawks who never saw actual combat- had only vague ideas what implications war and subsequent occupying might look like, he chose to ignore reality. Saddam had WMDs? Lord told me so! Establishing a democracy in Iraq. Sure! This walk on the wild side will boost the economy and ensure US hegemony? Can do!
Exactly the same Homer Simpson dream with Bin Laden:
“The super-duper mastermind from his crazy pakistani bat-cave messes with us? We’ll get him dead or alive!”

You have no idea why so many illiterate, poor and radicalized muslims cheer for him, as they now can, thanks to the US. They’ll never thank you for creating their hero, and perhaps some day, their martyr.
At least admit: Escaping your inflated multi-trillion war machine on a donkey-that is the stuff of legends.

Sorry but you are dead wrong. Bin Laden was well known and loved before 9/11. He is from a famous and rich family.

Quit mincing words.

Strawman all along, and a pretty clueless one, too.

So yeah he was rich, so what?
Loved? By his parents?

He has million upon millions of fans today. A youtube video of some guy would be meaningless today, but he is BIN LADEN, the one “most dangerous man on earth”, the crazy super terrorist/ beloved rebel who fights for god and justice.
The fact that he was rich once only helps to popularize the myth that he rejects wealth for a higher purpose.

Tell me, did you and our friends know that guy back in 2000? Why did your president didn’t know what the taliban were, if Bin Laden was that well known pre 9/11?

Could your knowledge of recent history be anymore irrelevant or wrong?

He was very well known after the first attack on the WTC back in 1993.

The US has been the object of the ME hate machine since at least 1979.

Try and keep up, asshole.

If you call that a strawman, then you clearly don’t know what the word means. Anyhow, your arguments are laughable to the point of being not worthy of addressing.
Americans and many westerners may not have known about Bin Laden, but the muslim world damn sure knew who he was. He became a “hero” in the Afgan war.
