hi i am just finishing a long cycle. i took d bol for 4 weeks 110 mg daily and i took anadrol 50 for 4 weeks 50mg daily and in this 8 week period i was taking test 300 2 times a week. im going to take nolva and hcgfor my pct.
so my question is how long should i wait after my last shot to take my nolva and hcg? and also how many shots per week and what would be a good iu to take?
Hcg shouldn’t be taken during pct as it is suppressive, you can blast hcg before you start pct, I think for 10 days I’m not quite sure and how much. The preferred way is to run it during the cycle

Just don’t run it during pct. maybe Someone will chime in how knows the timing and dosages of blasting hcg at the end of a cycle.
HCG during, from first shot until about two weeks from the end.
I do it like 150iu 2x a week, sometimes 300 if I skip a week or two.
It really helps keep the sex drive normal.
I used HCG for the first time. During the cycle, about 200iu 2-3x per week. What a difference! My best transition to off cycle by far, and while I didn’t think my balls shrank much on cycle, now they felt even bigger.
As for your situation, I’d save it for your next cycle. I know I’ll keep HCG in the arsenal from now on.
it’s quite common for people who don’t use it on cycle to blast it at 500iu a day for ten days before PCT.
I’m not recommending you do it, I’m just saying that some people do.
A friend of mine takes like 3 big blasts of 2000iu a couple of days apart before PCT. He says it works just fine.
Again, not recommending this, just saying that some people do it differently.
thanks for the help! my balls never really shrunk during my cycle! so this was great help I’m definitely going to run hcg during my next cycle. but one more question does anyone know the risks of blasting 500 or 1000 iu all at once?

Probably not much risk, but it’s not really a “Dose dependent” drug. More is not better.
From what I’ve read, long term abuse desensitizes your tests, the one thing you obviously want to avoid. Small doses every week or the very short mega blast are no problem. I wonder though also about the need to mega dose, even it’s so short.
