I have been getting some testicular atrophy and I have asked my doctor for HCG and she is hesitating giving it to me. I went ahead and bought some elsewhere. I know how to measure the correct dose but how much should I start and how often and when in relation to my test shots should I take it?
Currently I am taking 100mg’s a week divided into 2 shots (Monday and Thursday). Are there any side effects that I can expect from a low dose of HCG?

250 iu (not mg) or so 2-3 times/week.
Side effets could cause a spike in estrogen that is resistant to AI.
I have never had any problems with estrogen while on TRT, even during a blast. I have never had any issues with gyno even while on a long test cycle in my younger days or during puberty. The problem is when i up my dose or blast i do get some acne but that it not that big of a deal to me.
Should I just take it the same time as my test shot or should i do it inbetween shots? the reason I ask about side effects is I have taken clomid in the past and it makes me feel like shit and have headaches, etc.

How does one “blast”, or “cycle” on TRT?

I shoot my HCG (300 units) the day before my I inject test. My logic is that it will raise test levels, so by doing the day before I inject test I am raising my levels from the lowest point by a little.
Also, by not doing it the same day I am lowering my peak a little. I must admit though that I used to do it the same day and I feel no different this way. I do have E2 issues I deal with so I hope to keep that lower this way. So if E2 isn’t an issue with you then it probably doesn’t matter when you do it.

Easy, bump your dosage up to 500mg’s for 12 weeks then taper back down to your standard dose. No PCT and you keep most of your gains. I am blasting right now, hence the nut shrinkage and the need for HCG.
