I got a small welt after injecting 200 IU of HCG this am with
a 29 GA and 1/2" lg pin…
It turned black and blue shortly after and is now the size of a quarter or so… It was painless … Is this normal ?
A small blood vessel bled out.
Prevention: You can press on injection site for 5-10 seconds and blood vessels will seal off. - as per stickies
Do not use your alcohol swap as that seems to prevent coagulation at the surface wound.

Would I press on the injection site everytime I pin or just when it bleeds ?
