HCG, HMG or Enclo Really Needed While on TRT?

Hey guys hoping all of you are having happy holidays, i know this is a very old topic but still even at this point i can’t get my head straight on it.
So i follow the low t nation youtube channel
I have been on TRT since 2017, right now my protocol is 60 mg IM of Test Enan every 72 hours, i did try everything already.
Twice per week is too spaced apart, ED ot EOD makes me anxious, gives insomnia, oily skin, hair shed, i find every 72 hours perfect for me.
Now from time to time i use i lil bit of hcg some times as little as twice a month, i don’t like how it makes me feel at least for the first 2 days after pinning it, best way to describe it is if it puts me in a catabolic state, like no pumps at the gym and i lose muscle tone, i get kinda soft, this is noticeable the first 3 days after pinning even a small amount of 300 IUs.
So for the most part i feel ok without it, but i watched several videos from the guy in low t nation and how he insists in how testicular health is very importat in their protocol and whatnot.
They are now offering enclomiphene to their patients, thing is i tryed enclomiphene and even at a very low dose and it made me feel like crap, probably worse than hcg.
I’m in europe so i can get either of the 3 mentioned in the title.
He mentions that when taking trt on its own you don’t get DHEA, pregnenolone, progesterone and others which can lead to not feeling that great.
To sum it all up my question is
-Are these really needed for wellbeing purposes?
-is there any difference between ovitrelle (recombinant hcg) and regular HCG?
-Could i feel better on HMG than on HCG? I know hmg has lh and fsh and hcg only mimics lh.
Thanks
PD: i remember when i started in 2017 i was using ovitrelle and switched to regular powder hcg thinking it was better lol
I have access to all of them if needed
Anyone knows what is the equivalent of hmg to 300 iu of hcg for example?
Thanks again

HCG sides are probably from elevated Estrogen levels… have you tried incorporating AI alongside your HCG shot?

And increased progesterone and cortisol levels. This is one reason HCG is ideal for someone with TRT induced low cortisol.

Hello, i already use a bit of Arimidex every 4 days, seems like i am over responder to the stuff and my E2 tank with a very low amount of it, any how i have always used arimidex, according to lab work E2 is on check.

My cortisol has always been on the mid range
Reference range 7 - 25

13/07/2022 CORTISOL BASAL 12.90
29/11/2019 CORTISOL BASAL 9.20
31/07/2019 CORTISOL BASAL 13.20
10/01/2019 CORTISOL BASAL 10.60
12/07/2018 CORTISOL BASAL 10.40
08/03/2018 CORTISOL BASAL 16.80
19/01/2018 CORTISOL BASAL 15.70
25/10/2017 CORTISOL BASAL 7.10

Kinda perfect imo, i even use Clascoterone for hair loss but only 20 mg topically daily since months ago, my SHBG is also kinda on the lower end 25, ref range 13.5 - 71

Do you know if HMG would have a different effect than HCG or the mechanism of action is similar ???
How about proviron ?? I know it was made to improve testicular function, how ever DHT based substances make me pee a lot.

HCG mimics LH. HMG actually elevates natural LH. There is little difference, however, there is likely some outlier out there. A tolerance to hCG builds up quicker. I recommend against excessive, ongoing hCG, and hMG as well, for this reason.
