Comments
Last weeks results:
Total Test 980
Free Test 30.3 on a 8-25 scale
E2 65.8 on a 7-42 scale
SHGB 13- low
I have been on TRT for 2 years. Since those last tests I have switched from 100mg test cyp twice a week to 40mg every other day. Hopefully with my lower SHGB this protocol will my levels will be more stabalized, my T can drop down a little bit in to more normal ranges, and I can naturally let me E2 get back to a normal range. Cut the AI completely.
Comments from most recent labs above:
Total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol are high- not quite sure if they are dangerously high or just mildly high.
Prolactin in range but on the higher end?
T4/Reverse T3 and all my thyroid stuff looks good so I guess I can rule that out?
Low SHGB guy recently switched to more suitable protocol for low SHGB. Thyroid stuff all seems fine unless I’m missing something. Body temps are good all day. T and E through the roof but have already made changes to let those levels settle in to a normal range.
Main reason for getting all these test done is I was feeling so tired for the last couple of months that I could barely keep my eyes open.
Main Concerns:
Are those cholesterol levels something I should be alarmed about?
Changed my test dosage and frequency to be more suitable for my low SHGB. Do I also need to change my HCG dosing to every other day or can I still do that twice a week per usual?
IGF-1 being HIGH 263 on an 88-246 scale. What is this telling me?
Thanks everyone. Your input is always appreciated.
