I was wondering what is a good substitute for HCG. I hear Clomid is just nasty and Gonadorelin doesn’t work on TRT guys, so does anyone have a recommendation.

Is this in addition to testosterone? Long term, or just until you conceive?
I’m on TRT just looking to avoid atrophy.
Alright, if you do not want to use hCG, I’d give gonadorelin a try before clomiphene.

It’s not that I don’t want to use HCG it’s just no longer available, apparently licensing has changed it’s now classified as a “biologic”. As I mentioned on my first post gonadorelin isn’t an option for TRT guys. It works with with your system which is great for guys who are hypogonadal, HCG on the other hand mimics your system so it works very well for hypogonadal men.
There isn’t any substitute for HCG, if there was men would have been using it long before now and therefore this thread wouldn’t exist.

Well they maybe true, but I know that Empower stopped a few weeks ago and now Hallandale is stopping. My question is what other product stimulates the testicles, to avoid atrophy and keep the boys running. I’ve heard about Clomid, but to many negative opinions are there other options?
any suggestions of other pharmacies still carrying HCG?
If it were me, I’d use Gonadorelin, and just dose it maybe 3 times per day, and then check labwork to see that it was working. That’s not enough to be optimal, but enough to maybe have some impact for fertility. Also, lots of these clinics are using it in place of HCG (albeit incorrectly) so it’s readily available.
Can one get HMG? IDK if that is an option, but that actually would be better than HCG as it is LH and FSH.
One can get HCG and HMG from UGL. I would probably go HCG with that route because it is easily testable with a pregnancy test. IDK, a bit sketchy going UGL with these compared to something like Test.

Sorry. IDK is “I don’t know”. UGL is underground lab. HMG is human menopausal gonadotropin which is a combo of LH and FSH. HCG mimics LH in the male body. LH stimulates the testes into making Testosterone, FSH stimulates the testes into making sperm. HMG is the optimal product for maintaining fertility on Test IMO.
You can order these things from UGL dealers usually for very little money. But the manufacture of them is more difficult than say Testosterone. They can be made cheaply, the ingredients are cheap, but the process is more difficult than something like Testosterone. At least with HCG, it can be tested with a dollar store pregnancy test. That means at least you get HCG, but you don’t know the potency, or about impurities. I think if you find a good UGL, that they probably are legit for these items.
I guess I forgot I was in T Replacement, not Pharma lol.

Last I looked it was available commercially, just $$$. With the shortage of HCG in pharmacies I wonder if it’s next to experience some delays?
