Haye Vs Klitschko

another overrated egotistic english sportman who always has a silly excuse for failure! i blame the british media for hyping this one up. next up is the english football (soccer) team failing at a major international competition yet again. i love this country <3

Wht a fucking shit fight. Haye diving around like a pussy, trying to win by playing the ref.
The pussy wanted something to complain about after the fight (“Wlad kept pushing me down! He was afraid to face me” blah blah blah) so he could keep talking shit without being able to back it up.

Coward.

Indeed. Whoever referred to Haye as the “hardest and most exciting heavyweight in the world” is a fucking idiot.

Ha. “Hardest hw” please find one single quote were I use that phrase.

And its indisputable Haye is the most exciting hw. Fact.

Direct quote.

Before we get on to dragging all Brits down I would point out that aside from the army of morons that actually went to Germany I haven’t met anyone that was supporting Haye last night. Possibly because they were all in Germany.
Nick_Graham wrote:
The most anticipated fight in boxing is on the way.

The greatest cruiserweight of all time David “the Hayemaker” Haye takes on the overrated and supposed “Number 1” Boxer in the world.

There’s only one ending, he’s considerably faster, and having come up from the lower weight is undoubtedly the hardest and most exciting heavyweight in the world.

Unification on the way…

Your quote is on the first page.
I actually wanted Haye to win. I like Vitali more.

I wanted haye to win, I’m extremely patriotic. All the people I work with wanted haye to lose because of his manner… he is definitely like marmite.

I’ll be waiting for someone to write the racist marmite joke!

I watched the fight at a get together. Out of all the guys and gals there – all Brits, and a mixture of Blacks, whites and Asians – only one person supported Haye.

Maybe if that cunt knew how to behave, more Brits would have been behind him. He should get some manners tips from Lennox Lewis.

I raised an eyebrow when Vlad thanked the British supporters later on. I was like, ‘Erm, dude, they booed your country national anthem, lol’.

The guy is just a gentleman! I find him quite annoying in that respect, I wanted to hate him but it’s just impossible.

I hate german TV. All I hate about it was on the telly yesterday.
Smug, nonsense commenting.
Useless, utterly incompetent reporters.
One-sided and moronically square remarks on top of a fairly lackluster, albeit super-expensive production.

I don’t need fireworks and 100 extras if the colour commentator is so stiff he doesn’t know how to handle an idle minute.
They interviewed Foreman, what, 4 times after the fight without letting him say something with substance.

And the fight was ok, but boring considering how many belts were on the line and that giant pile of shit/smack that has been delivered beforehand.

Compared to that, the UFC card was beyond first grade entertainment.
A suitable analogy would be watching shit flinging macaques in one corner and Jessica Biel jousting skyclad against Salma Hayek atop undernourished attack dinausaurs.

I can’t wait for boxing to die when I see the amounts of 60 year old beauraucrats in the ring.

And nice dick-move by Haye for blaming his foot injury.

Your ideas intrigue me and I would like to subscribe to your news letter.

stop. Chris Arreola is WAY more exciting. He comes to fight, no matter who he fights.

Welp, watching the fight this morning… another snoozefest between one overhyped limey and one boring ass Klitscho.

Can’t say I’m surprised.

This kind of fight is why boxing isn’t more popular.

And as for the refereeing, I didn’t see him involved at all. To say that it had any effect on the outcome of the effect is the typical type of excuse English fans and fighters use (although I did think it seriously hurt Ricky Hatton against Mayweather, there was none of that type of thing here).

Watching Haye get beat up was like watching Naseem get fucked up by Barrera. Just less interesting because instead of Barrera, it was Klitscho. I hope Haye retires, he’s a joke of a fighter who made a total ass of himself and never backed it up.

Again, this is why I don’t watch the heavyweights. Slow, boring fighters who don’t want to trade. If it wasn’t for Arreola, I wouldn’t ever watch a fight in that division.

Thing is, I wouldn’t have held too much against him if he just showed some class after the match. I mean, fighters have to promote their fights and those that talk a lot of shit make a much better living than those who do not. If Haye had come out afterwards and said “You know what, I let my mouth get a little bit ahead of me before this fight. Wlad is a tremendous champion, a brilliant boxer and I just straight ahead lost to a better man etc. etc.” I would have written of much a my loathing. Instead we were treated to the sight of a grown man taking off his shoe to show us his toe injury. The man is a clown, should be treated like a clown, and should be forced to relinquish his manhood until such time as we deem it appropriate to return it (probably never).

Hey guys, remember what a heavyweight fight used to look like?

Yeah, well I’m sure if you took a bunch of HIGHLIGHTS from the Haye - Klitshko fight and made a youtube video of HIGHLIGHTS of that fight you find that… uh… you’d find that… em… nevermind.

bwaahahah.

You’d find it’d be a short video?

Thanks.

I think if Haye were more orthodox he would have won the fight, that’s kind of like saying “if Jim Brown still played for the Browns they would be in the playoffs” though. The fight made Wlad look beatable but Haye just wasn’t the person to do it and went exactly how I thought it would go. However, if Haye learns to work off of the jab I would give him a good chance of winning the fight.

I’m not sure if you meant refereeing here. If you did there wasn’t much to complain about. Boxing isn’t soccer or basketball, you can’t draw a foul. Once Haye got the ref to deduct the point from Klitschko he kept purposely going to the ground and was verbally warned to stop. Technically he should have got a point deduction but the mandatory 8 count served the same purpose.
