I have been training 22 Yrs and have done only two piddle cycles one was two months 19Yrs old and a four month 21Yrs old, then I tore my Left Pec full seperation along with inner tear of the bicep and pulled the shoulder out of the socket all in one go…
Steel plate screws, Six months of rehabilitaion went from 220lbs to 180lbs, never juiced again after that…that was 16yrs ago.
It took five years to get back to 220lbs, Blood N Guts Yates style and I pushed it as far as 260lbs. Now I fluctuate during the year between 245 to 230.
After 20+ years almost all of that Natural you don’t grow much anymore.
I am thinking of going back on to cut it up to a solid 225lbs.
Keep you posted but any suggestions be nice.
52" chest
19" arms (cold)
26" Legs
No abs but stomach is flat about 16-17% Body Fat (so I ain’t sporting fat Biker guns
I am brand new to the board so I will post more Pics in time, have 20Yrs worth
Welcome. Not really sure if you’re actually planning to cycle up based on your post. I agree that after 20+ years almost all of that Natural you don’t grow much anymore. If thats you in the avatar I’d certainly say you hit your genetic maxim. Im sure you know very well that “cutting” is primarily a result of diet. There are so called cutting cycles. I guess I’d start by asking what you have access to?

I don’t have too much worry on getting stuff, many of the old crew competed and still do a cycle yearly, readily will be Winny, Anavar, clen, D-ball, the usual tests.
I have dieted before and just hate the size loss, even dropping below 230 just hits you psychologically, so my plan is to diet down and keep as much as I can.
I am extremely Healthy, Blood work Perfect, Cholesterol, Blood pressure, don’t drink don’t smoke, eat good…
my Only Genetic Flaw, slow slow, metabolism, if I did not train I would be a Fat guy
You’re a big ass dude. I like it. I can sympathize with the psychological hit of dieting. I guess the question is, can you get trenbolone or masteron? There’s a lot of good cycles you could probably put together with what you’ve got readily available, but you’ve put a couple decades of training in as well as making significant size gains. I think if you are going to juice that although the typical “beginner cycle” of 500-600 mg/week of test would work well, you are in a position to go with a more advanced cycle if you wish.
I will leave it to the vets here to advise you, but IMVHO you might try a test/mast or test/tren cycle if you can obtain those two compounds. I will never advise anyone to juice, but if you’ve already decided to, then you may as well get the most out of it.

Im hearing you on the psychological effects. Im au naturale at present after many months on.
Almost anything you take will likely be of great benefit you since you have not taken anything in so very long. I’d have to concur with Aragorn that if your intention is to stay lean you’d do well with compounds like tren, mast and eq/bold. You didnt mention those specifically above. Of course equally true if your diet is proper even a pure test setting can lean one out. Winny, Var and Clen that you mentioned have all been associated with “cutting cycles”. Again cutting is more of a by-product of diet than AAS. Although tren has a tendency to eat bodyfat in many of us.
Since you seem, look and sound hardcore I’d probably steer you towards a tren/test combo; despite the fact that its not common given your cycle history.
Bushy - I don’t mean to go on a tangent but when you say “avoid carbs after 4pm”, do you mean the obvious foods with high levels of carbs and GI values only? Or do you literally mean that every snack after 4pm should be protein (like meat, protein powder) and good fats (like olive oil)?
Like a protein shake in water with some natural peanut butter added for example? If I take “avoid carbs after 4pm” literally, I would say that even the peanut butter is out of the question even though it has more fat than anything else…thanks, it has always been an uncertainty of mine.
I’ve had good luck with Dave Palumbo’s diet… It’s not that fun but I lost fat and didn’t lose any strength or muscle. It works good with or with out AAS…

I don’t mean to speak for BBB, and he’ll surely correct me if I’m wrong, but my interpretation of ‘dont eat carbs after Xpm’ doesn’t include things like fibrous veggies and things with trace amount of carbs.
I guess it depends on how strict you’re going to be. A guy of Vulf’s size could probably get away with keeping it under 20-30g of carbs after 4pm as long as they’re from things such as veggies, nuts, or other low GI carbs. If he’s getting carbs from sugars after Xpm, he’s going to have a harder time leaning out.
I think the point of not eating carbs after a certain time is just to make sure insulin isn’t secreted while the body is at rest, and thus you don’t want it storing fat.
I’m sure BBB will offer a more detailed response, however.

Vulf - that’s awesome that you attained that size naturally. That is truly impressive.[/quote]
Thank you, I never gave up just kept on training…you make it part of your life.
The size came with time, Hell 17" to 19" on the arms took from age 25 to 35, the beauty of building this over time is the muscle is mature, it stays. I have had many many injuries and even two, three, even four month lay-offs it comes back fast.

Yeah if you can get/afford it then BBB is on the right path for you with the GH recommendation. Injury recovery, fat loss and muscles gains galore.

Yes the GH is a plan for sure wanted to do that for a long time, see if it can work some magic on some of these old Battle scars Not much a day goes by without icing a chronic pain spot be it a shoulder or my back.

Although its not associated with lean/cutting cycles many of us experience mobility improvement and joint pain relief on nandrolone. Ultimately you will have to be somewhat selective in your compound choices.
You also might wanna look into ART its done wonders for me and many others with old [and new] battle scars
