What else can you do? I started a thread to discuss pussywhipped dudes (we all have friends like that - shit there are probably a few posters here as well) and it was promptly wiped out.
For the record I agree with plenty of what you wrote (not everything), I’ve had epic discussions when I drink too much with my girlfriend and female friends about female entitlement, gender pay gap, female quotas, etc and it generally devolves into them not making any sense whatsoever.
So yeah, maybe check out Maiden’s debut and Somewhere In Time. The Number of the Beast is probably the first one you should try, according to the majority.

I was partially joking. I’ve been to a Maiden concert. A really good looking girl took me to one about 10 years ago. She was a keeper, I fucked that one up though. She was banging hot, but then again recent pics of her shows some hefty weight gain, like most American women after early 30s. She has the genetics to get back on track, but going by what her husband looks like it prob won’t happen.
I was on track, making good progress then my diet fucked up bad last week. My top two abs were coming along nicely… I’d say I’m hovering around 16-18% body fat.
A solid 20lb cut would do wonders for my physique. That’s the goal.
PSMF it man. You can shed that 20lbs in six weeks if you’re willing to suffer a bit.

Right now my diet is something like this… but first
I try to eat more meals a day but since college I’ve always been heavy into intermittent fasting. Though it was great in college, and helped with studying, it fucking blows as a muscle builder, and it definitely contributed to horrible binge eating habits (which is still hard for me to shake even today) Now since that dumb way of eating is has hit new heights, gone totally fad, I’m constantly telling people to NOT do that if you are a gym person.
Anyways, I’ve gone to 3 meals a day+snacks and I feel way better than I have ever. Still, 3 meals is a day is still tough for me to do, but I try. So, right now it’s something like :
Later in the night I’ll either have some more oats, or a veggie packed wrap with a casein protein shake. I have to eat this later, right before bed because I have trouble sleeping so it helps knock me out.
This has really worked for me and I feel good, healthy but it doesn’t get me to where I want to go. I want to be a lean beast, and I know that will take more sacrifice. Not sure what to cut out then? I dread counting macros, I try to avoid doing that but it seems like it may be the only solution to my woes.
The weekends is what kills me. I love to have a burger or some steaks with beer in the sun. It’s my thing. I adopted it from the way of life on the beaches of Latin America. It’s a good life and some of you should try it one day.
If your days really are as consistent as this, you just need to count for a couple of days. You don’t need to turn it into a full time thing.

Ironically, America eats more beef than anywhere on the planet. And more beer than anyone but China. I’m not sure in what world latin countries didn’t steal that tradition from us ![]()
I know that you can’t out train a bad diet, but if all of the ducks are relatively in a row, why not increase activity levels?
Why do people only look at the calories in side of the equation? High volume done with good intensity will turn you into a calorie burning furnace.

You realize that people from other countries love eating in America for our relatively inexpensive, varied and excellent food, particularly steak, and that “American cuisine is McDonald’s” is a stereotype that only people with limited knowledge of the world believe?
Slightly related: I had a burger yesterday at Applebees, and it was absolutely delicious.
I have more to say about drunk women and their crazy notions, and I also need to agree with @SkyzykS about activity. “Slow and steady” may win some races, but speed, power, and explosiveness are probably the key to leaning out if you have your diet reasonably dialed in.
But I have fun things to do and I don’t want to be late.
