I agree with you. But the difference, in the states, is that we’re getting a mass cultural push propelled by social media, traditional media, that women should aspire to do everything men do. I think that is a silly thing to do and will lead to unforeseen consequences that may or may not iron itself out.

That’s very similar in other countries as well. As I say, I’m not from the states and it’s just as prevalent over here. I would say that the push is that women could do the same as men, in most cases and I see no problem with it.

Yea, I know a few. A dude who goes to my gym, specifically, has an absolutely GORGEOUS gf. And he may not even be as tall as 5’4, he’s ridiculously short. He is a good looking guy, and competes in bodybuilding. I don’t know what he does for work, no idea if he has money.

height does matter. Short guys are at a disadvantage And plenty of girls will absolutely not date anyone under 5’10. I see that all the time. But there are so many gorgeous women out there who DON’T care about height, as well. Just gotta find them. They are probably in the minority, but even if we’re talking about, say, 5% of women… well, that’s still shitloads of women. lol. I’m absolutely glad that my height doesn’t often rule me out as a dating prospect. But tbh, it has with a few girls. I’m under 6’0, and there are girls who won’t even date a guy who’s 5’11. Is what it is.

My overall point is that yes, I can fully acknowledge many, many qualities can put a guy at a distinct disadvantage with women. height, looks, finances, etc. But I firmly believe that almost anyone can overcome a single disadvantage. If the ONLY issue is height, or finances, or looks, those things can be overcome. The problem is when a short guy has insecurities that make his personality suck, and he has an average job, isn’t funny, etc. Those guys are fucked.

There is definitely a person for everyone out there. Absolutely. No one should be single unless you have serious, serious, issues. But I don’t think the incel movement is about that.
Most guys that are “involuntarily celibate” are guys that feel they don’t get what they think they should be getting. And that isn’t to say they deserve 9s, just not 1s.
And I tend to agree with them, the game is skewed far in favor of women right now. We’ve tried to talk about why that may be, and one of the biggest parts of that is the online dating thing. Women are inherently at an advantage there. And since young millennial’s are all about the dating app thing, well, we can see where this could be a problem, yes?
we agree on this. But we disagree on why they have this issue. I believe it’s because they overrate themselves and underrate women. Mostly because I am constantly seeing average dudes with average girls paired up. Like, all the fucking time. Go to the mall and see all the couples holding hands walking around. It’s really easy to observe. I see pretty people paired with pretty people. I see ugly people paired with ugly people. It’s unusual to see particularly attractive dudes with less than average looking women. And vice versa.
