OHP - 3 tries at 165, fucking nailed it on the third (the first try my start position was unstable and wasting energy and the second try I let the bar drift back in the sticking point) 5 lb PR.
then 145 for a bunch of doubles. (plus 5) OHP feels so good
I was getting a pump already so I moved to
a little light strict military press (no lean back at all, no bounce, etc) and then some laterals and front raises. including some sloppy front raises with the 40’s just because.
It’s pretty freakin hot out there. I’m just gonna do all my training tonight and make up for the lack of sleep with even more food and spending the day lying here in a heat coma. Should be fun.
Yeah I know these last couple days don’t look too good. My main motivation to get this 405 DL is so that I can go back to squatting multiple times a week haha

Agreed spar. My ideal life is to train 5 or 6 hours straight (half of an entire bodypart split each day maybe) eat for a few hours and then sleep for the remaining 15 or so. Oh and sex has to fit in there somewhere. Maybe while I eat, that would work. “There’s no such thing as overtraining, only undereating and undersleeping” Huge stress, huge rest, no problem.
Not joking in the slightest.
I’m lazy so I didn’t set up my platform. Thus I had to do ~2 inch deficit deadlifts, and high bar squats with a calf raise to start haha.
Deficit DL - many singles at 315 on the minute. (Plus 10, and plus the increased ROM too.)
Oly squat - just did some. Up to 295.
