You don’t want to see my shitty beard…
Give me a few years and I’ll grow a kickass viking beard. I have the both the testosterone and the genetics for it…

yeah, it’s pretty much only the chinstrap right now. Problem is it grows fast as hell, so I gotta shave all the time or I look like a douche. Really looking forward to when it fills in and I can just let it grow. My dad’s beard apparently was a late bloomer too, but he’s got the thickest beard I’ve ever seen now. ![]()
Aha my dad bloomed early like me, and my dads beard starts at his clavicle and ends at his eyes, with NO spaces… it’s scary…
lol DUDE your gym setup would make Fedor proud

wtf did I just watch???
facepalm.
Thats absolutely nuts for a front raise. Much better than a fake 600 lbs bench.
Anyway I’m in. Training in a yard like that is awesome.
trainin outside on a 10 acre property in the country is the way to go, I can do all the socially unacceptable things that you poor bastards wish you could do in your gyms anytime I want. heheh
your dad have neanderthal blood or something, xarena?! thats pretty awesome.
fro, impressive as andy haman is, he has THE douchiest haircut I’ve ever seen. lol
Glad to have you along, gorangers. You’ve got some real good lifts, we’ll see how soon I can beat you ![]()
MOnday night:
No front squats this time to be nice to my shoulder.
Good morning - top set was 235 (plus 10)
Whatever it was that was inhibiting my hamstring length is fixed now.
Tuesday morning:
Been getting alittle soft recently on training and eating. That stops now.
BTN push press - very light, very fast
Aha, my dad must be part neanderthal
^ mine definitely is. ![]()
Tuesday afternoon:
OHP - work up to a fast 150 (just working up to a heavy single, though it’s technically a PR too)
Bottom half (although the first one I managed full ROM), few seconds paused, OHP - 20 singles with 145 on the minute.
(My regular OHP is stalling a bit so I’m changing my movement at least for a bit. Working on starting position/upper back stability and exploding from deadstop, no stretch reflex. Apparently many old school lifters were into these, although the pause is my own addition. I’d prefer to do pin presses instead but we’ll see if these work. Doing regular OHP beforehand should insure that if they don’t work it won’t be too much of a disaster. I"ll keep doing them as long as my OHP keeps progressing fast.)
Close grip (I’ve abandoned push press, I’ll just do close grip every pressing day) - 3/2/1 starting at 155 and up by 10’s. Missed the second rep of the second set (185) of the last wave.
dude been reading
your doing really great keep it up!
and jelly of the out door stuff that looks insane
I just want to say that your set up is AWESOME! I started out as a lifter making due with what ever I could find. And some of it was ugly! You really know its a passion when you see that. Keep up the great work!
Cheers!

coyote ugly? lol
couldnt resist
texas man - thanks dude, I really appreciate it. Gotta make up for lost time!
Coyotegal - Being broke has its plus sides - I get to train outside! Thanks very much for the kind words.
lol, mattson
Tuesday night:
Triceps extensions (I feel like a gymbro when I call them skullcrushers) many sets. Top weight was 85 (plus 10)
Such a huge weakness, I love it. Can’t wait to see what happens when I make these strong!
I did some curls last night too.
Wednesday morning:
some snatches and jumps
wednesday afternoon:
squat - doubles at 295. (plus 10) Knees wanted to cave in. Been a while since that was a problem. Weird
Squat’s coming along I can see. ![]()

Good luck. You’ll need it ;).
^ and I have it ![]()
Wednesday night:
Front squat 3/2/1, I just missed the last single - 245.
No good mornings cause I want to give my low back a break.
I smashed my finger in between the bar and one of the hooks, while racking a front squat. Completely painless, not even a bruise. Bitches don’t know bout my adamantium skeleton.
