Hashi's and Training

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I currently take 50mcg of Levothyroxine everyday.

My problem is that no matter what I throw at my body in regards to diet and exercise, the chubbiness remains.

Is there a certain diet I can or should try? Some kind of strength regime/cardio mix that might work better?

What worked for you or what information might somebody have in regards to weight loss and a piece of crap thyroid?

Thanks!

Current supps used

1 serving of Metabolic Drive post workout

1400mg Fish Oil
B complex
Magnesium,calcium and vitamin d multi

I’ve been using CT’S Hard Body for Women, on week 3. I also started Pulse Feast this week and keeping my feasting low carb. The only carbs I get come from my supps and the veggies I eat in the evening.

I just want to make sure that I’m on the right path or if there’s anything I should be doing in regards to my thyroid issue.

Nothing really to say about your condition.

What is the reasoning in keeping your carbs very low?

From what I’ve read, it’s the best way to lose fat. I’m sitting at about 30% and need to get rid of it. If you have any better suggestions, I’m open.
