Has Anyone had Large Lump PIP Solved by Doing IM?

Every time I’ve injected with Test E (MCT oil) sub-Q I’ve gotten a massive knot. Have tried both sides of the stomach and both glutes. I’ve adjusted injection amount, massaged them, warmed up the bottle, etc. Nothing is working and now I have four large knots that are painful and take weeks to shrink.

My question is, has anyone has this issue before resolved by going to IM? Could I simply be allergic to the MCT?

27g insulin needle and 30g insulin needle have been used.

Have injected 1ml once per week and also .5ml twice per week to see if lower volume made a difference. It did not.

What is the concentration of Test E? It typically comes in 250mg/ml of less. If you have a higher concentration it will likely hurt. If not, my best is on some kind of allergy as Test E / C usually give very little PIP if any.

It is 250 per ml. If I did twice per week IM at .5ml do you think it would help? I can’t do any more 2” lumps for weeks on end lol

Even 1/2ml is a fair bit to be injecting sub q all at once. I would lower even further and go more frequent. If that doesn’t solve the issue try IM. If that doesn’t fix it then prob allergic to whatever carrier oil they are using.

in my exp. if you have a bad reaction to the ingredients like carrier oil/preservatives in subq, IM will make the pain worse since the area is more sensitive. I had some bad PIP with some UGL stuff, but interestingly that completely resolved after doing daily subq after 2 weeks.

This is what I’m worried about. The lump on my glute is 2” long

Is this the first time you injected in that muscle? If it’s virgin muscle than most oils will give you some reaction. If it keeps happening after 3-4 injections in that spot I would think allergy. Make sure you rotate and only hit that spot once a week.

I’ve done one on each side of the stomach and one on each glute (all first time sites). The problem is, I still have an inch lump on the first site in the stomach from 4-5 weeks ago. So I’m afraid of going back in there for creating a worse reaction. Thoughts?

Get some new test in GSO or other carrier oil.

I had a feeling this is what I need to do. Purchased four bottles of the other stuff so I was trying all measures before wasting them. Fakkkkkk

How much do you inject per and what’s your carrier oil?

Just in case anyone sees this in the future and is going through what I did:

I switched to IM into the delt with a 1/2” 27 gauge needle. I used the same amounts as above .5ml with the same product and did not get any lumps. The injection site was sore for 24hr but that was it.

Hopefully this helps someone one day.
