The 65’s were the weird kg plate DB’s, so they’re actually more than 65.
I don’t know about the MP Machine. Almost had to get help to get my hands back to grab the grips. It was no weight, but holy crap what a stretch. Should help my squatting by improving my hand positioning on the bar.

I would love to know why everyone has a need to start lifting in my immediate vicinity as soon as I have set up in the remotest corner of the gym away from human contact. I kinda need that space to my right and left for raises, why the heck are these people crowding into it?

Because they want to learn how to get big and strong. And they have never seen anybody bust out 65lb front raises. Lol

295 x 4 - there were no more 45’s free, got to avoid this time of day.

315 x 2 x 2 sets - got a cramp in my left pec/anterior deltoid on the first of these sets.
225 x 5 cramp would not go away, called it for the day in case it’s not just a cramp.

My wife recorded a couple of squats with 500. How do I post them? Do I need to host the vid somewhere? What do you use to edit?

Yes, you will have to post to something like YouTube or Instagram first, then copy and paste the link. IMO those are the easiest ones.
I just edit mine on my phone before I upload.

I use my iPhone to cut down the videos. Works flawlessly and is easy. Keeps the upload times shorter.

Also, I’m a little excited to see 500 moving around :joy:

And for the record, my moms big so I hope you don’t disappoint.

Now I complain. Any full grown man that can’t bench 135… I am at a loss.
Why, WHY? does every pencil neck have to do something for endless reps in my way? I’m in that corner first, my stuff is on the bench I’m using, why would someone think that it’s okay to put their crap on my bench and use the machine next to it that is way too close for comfort in this little gym? Lat pull downs with 40lbs for a million reps and in my way, and too stupid to wait for me to finish my set after I wait for one of them to finish so I can start. Morons.

That is a raw lift there. I think I am in the low 500 range (best so far is 491), but with wraps and a belt. I am a ways off of doing 500 like that.
