handstand pushups

Guys, anyone know a way to add weight or at least difficulty to handstand pushups? I’ve progressed fairly quickly(I think anyways) and I want to try to use them for heavy lifting instead of being a high rep exercise. If my question is really ignorant I apologize but I really don’t know. Anyways, all help is appreciated.

If you’re not already doing them between 2 chairs… try that.

Or a weighted vest.

Ryno stole my thunder on the weighted vest but I believe that would be the best way to add lbs’ to that specific sort of movement.

For added ‘stability training,’ why not use a chain on a weight belt to hold plates?
