Handstand Pushups on Fists

I started doing some Handstand Pushups on my fists yesterday and man that is a great workout! I can easily see how this exercise will make your fists and punches much more effective

How the heck do u position yourself initially upside down?

You keep your fists real tight and just flip into a handstand. I would not recommend these to anyone whois not comfortable with regular handstand pushups. DO 15 regular handstand pushups in a row and then try them on your fists. Next, I will try them on my finger tip!

fisted handstands are great, try walking and small sideways movements, with a spotter holding your feet. Let me know how if you try them. In faith, Coach Davies
