Use chalk.
Increase grip strength.
Increase over all thickness of skin – this is done by one arm hangs on a bar. Do it every day and you will notice your palm skin getting thicker and therefore stronger. Your callouses will flatten and have a stronger base and won’t be so prone to tear off. AND your grip will get stronger this way too. Maybe there are other ways of thickening the skin – like slapping people around. But you can’t always do that.
And don’t use those stupid grip thingies or gloves. They cover the problem they don’t fix it.
