It does not happen while I am lifting, but it seems to be worse after I do. The worst after chest day. lifts include flat bench press, flat bench dumb bell press, incline dumb bell press, weighted dips. I also do shoulder press and single arm raises to the side. triceps are worked to cable work single tricep press and over the head press with dumb bells.
all are done four sets with six reps at max. I probley should have given that info 1st off. Sorry.
