Hamstring Dominant - Suggestions

Anyone else have this problem?

It seems that no matter what lower body exercise I do it hits my hamstrings 3 times as hard as my quads, so my quads are underdeveloped.

I just finished doing some hack squats to work on my quads–I know that’s what they’re supposed to work–and it feels like it only hit my hammies. Same with regular squats, and lunges.

Any suggestions?

How about fatiguing your hammies prior to your quad exercises. Do some sumo deads, then back squats then front squats then hack squats then leg extensions.
