I never saw any concrete proof of any lawsuits. I’m not saying there are not any. I just never read anything.
Dr. Ken had an big input in the beginning. He wrote about it. Some of the design idea’s were done at his house.
One idea was to have a more affordable machine. If there is a such thing.
I was told that directly by someone involved with Nautilus and then later with Hammer Strength. A high-up in both companies.
