I am unclear on the order but I know I ate one decent size chocolate chip cookie. WTF. And three single serving (1 oz) packages o almond butter. Then I had a salad with 2 tbs OS ceasar dressing in a whole grain tortillas. Lol.

+15 healthy fats
+5 clean carbs
Cals: 972, fat:74, carbs: 57, protein:18

For the pics… Whatever the intent and whatever my feelings about them they are real. That DID happen. It’s a factual part of my past like the rest of this. I HONESTLY don’t feel like it was some huge accomplishment. I got fat because I was sick. I got well and had to return to my natural,state. It’s hard to explain. None of it felt real at,the time and it does not feel real even in retrospect. Now is real. This body is me and this is real. I mean, have you seen me? LOL. Of course there is nothing to be ashamed of. Of course not. Still, it is my life and my story not some ridiculous ‘weapon’ Pft.

And watch what I do next.

More than your obvious accomplishments, was your display to keep it classy. You dusted that hater off, like some bad dandruff (not that you have any), and kept it cool. He is beneath you in every way, you will do better, soon he won’t even be a bad memory.

I really prefer to stay over 1200… And YeH NO PROTEIN. Still, just one day so no harm done. It is NOT racking me up any points in my clean week contest with Oleena and 2B though!

OK, question. How did you go about losing your thyroid weight? I’m in a very different boat in so far as I’m not a slim woman who got bigger because she got sick - I have a body type that puts on fat easily and likes to hold on to it and it doesn’t seem to respond to a moderate approach. It has always been this way, save for a brief period when I was 28, suffering from a stressful break-up and smoking a pack of Marlboro a day. I looked awesome but I doubt I was healthy.

My issue is that I like to eat. Food makes me happy. Denial makes me miserable. I never touch fast food, breakfast cereals and cheap candy but I do like stuff like nut/raisin mixes, very expensive chocolate (on occassion, because I can’t afford that often) and the odd flapjack, as well as rice and potatoes. My diet is, by normal standards, extremely healthy, but I don’t lose weight on it. At best I maintain. Occassionally I will go on some very low carb diet and lose, maybe, 7lbs, but then it’s like I run out of diet stamina and I go back to eating the way I enjoy. Weight goes back on. And so on. Perhaps I’m just weak willed but really, I want to drop some weight before I get fat and menopausal. Just looking for advice, really.
