Hallowed: Jackin Yo T!

I’ll be interested to hear too!

Although I kinda know…

Cal- you know how I lost my weight initially because the moderate approach wasn’t working. I’m still not done. Been maintaining with healthy foods/moderate exercise.
I have to reeeeally push the hardcore diet in order to lose…and stick to it. It sucks but I go in spurts of 4-6 weeks, take a 1-2 week diet break, then go again til it’s done.

All the fame goes to CH who got a vid of her straight up beastness. I on the other hand, did not :(. next time though next time. Those 45’s are mine.

Nice PR! 4 plates won’t be far off is my guess!

Where the heck do you find sprouted tortillas? I’ve been on a mission for AGES to find them, just to switch it up from sprouted bread every now and then…but no luck!

I like the green too, good choice.

Way to go on the PR! Totally knew you’d get it…

Weighted hypers with the 25lbers?!! EEK GAD! That is tough shit, man.

I am curious how many sets of matchin’ underwear you have. It’s gotta be like a boutique in your bedroom.

Looking very sexy there, and a big congrats on the PR!

OK, question. How did you go about losing your thyroid weight? I’m in a very different boat in so far as I’m not a slim woman who got bigger because she got sick - I have a body type that puts on fat easily and likes to hold on to it and it doesn’t seem to respond to a moderate approach. It has always been this way, save for a brief period when I was 28, suffering from a stressful break-up and smoking a pack of Marlboro a day. I looked awesome but I doubt I was healthy.

My issue is that I like to eat. Food makes me happy. Denial makes me miserable. I never touch fast food, breakfast cereals and cheap candy but I do like stuff like nut/raisin mixes, very expensive chocolate (on occassion, because I can’t afford that often) and the odd flapjack, as well as rice and potatoes. My diet is, by normal standards, extremely healthy, but I don’t lose weight on it. At best I maintain. Occassionally I will go on some very low carb diet and lose, maybe, 7lbs, but then it’s like I run out of diet stamina and I go back to eating the way I enjoy. Weight goes back on. And so on. Perhaps I’m just weak willed but really, I want to drop some weight before I get fat and menopausal. Just looking for advice, really.[/quote]

Ok cal I’m gonna post a bigger longer post with more details next week when I have a keyboard. Weekends is just my phone. I will say I am NOT naturally slim. I can’t eat recklessly and not gain weight. I will post way more but this last big push of fatloss that I did was basically 1500 Cals a day 15-18 Hindi Cals a day, around 100 grams of carbs so not traditional atkins low carbs but way lower than the standard American diet. I have also spent months of four lifting AND four cardio per week. Doubles really melted the fat off. Two doubles four singles and one day off per week.

PR’s are the best shit ever… And you can take my word for it!

Oh I know you got it too.

I’m so not even fucking close lol oh wells. OHP and DL seem to be my best hope. I’m not deserting my squat and only going for reps there… And have barely made any progress on bench for months.

I believe that color is victorias secret “spa” or spa blue…

Ezekiel sprouted grain tortillas at show foods. They’re super granola hippie crunchy lol. Def healthy and I like the taste… Kinda nutty. They’re not just sprouted wheat its multi grain.

OMNOMNOM

I FELT confident on the pull too! Not that my confidence ever really corrolates with actual ability LOL.

I have no clue re the decorations. My apt IS A Lingerie hurricane though! Maybe like um 200-300 pairs of panties? The main thing is that when I buy a bra I buy panties that MATCH. and I will be completely honest and admit a lot of it had come into my posession because I wanted something new to take pics in

You know it!

In addition to the final ending to my own emotional drama just hours after she passed, grandma seems to have decided to bring ALL UNFINISHED BUSINESS in our family to a close. I won’t go into detail but I will say the days since her passing have been an unbelievable whirlwind of major occurences. She’s incredible. It was SO HARD for her to let go because there were things still worrying her. Situations not as they should be. Now that she is free of that little old frail body she has been taking care of business as never before.

She was the hardest worker and overachiever on the History.

I’m exhausted!

Gosh Hallowed, I’ve been off the boards for a week or so and missed a lot. I’m really sorry to hear about your grandmother, but so happy that you and your family have found peace.

I don’t visit SAMA, (I can barely keep up here), so I’m clueless about the drama there. But I’m glad to hear that’s done too.

I’m floored by your transformation. What an amazing battle you have fought to get healthy and strong. It’s inspiring.

And I have to tell you this valentine’s day for the first time in a long while I went out and bought something special. You’re grooming me like a pedophile (I wish I could think of a less creepy simile–I blame my job) with all of your amazing pictures.

Hallowed, where do you get the awesome black lace edged panties? I love them.

Everyone’s already said all the things I want to say, so I’ll second everyone and say awesome Hal. It’s wonderful to actually know someone that’s undergone such a transformation!

They come in tons of colors. Three for $30.
Lingerie is a perfectly reasonable reason!

Heh, as I suspected - hard work. I’m going to have to find a way to train more often, I think. My last job was a desk job but I used to do a lot of walking (2 miles on the way to work, 2 miles on the way home, and a walk during my lunch hour). Current job is a lot more active but it’s so far away I have to tube it all the way. I don’t really get a lunch break either. I get half an hour and that’s when I gulp down a protein shake and do my admin. But now that it’s getting lighter and warmer, I will try and fit some walks in somewhere.

OMG that my little pony picture is THE CUTEST THING EVER!!!

590 pts for this week, btw

Also, you look a lot like your Grandma. I can see it in the eyebrows and nose, especially.

Hallowed, whats up, good job on the training!!!

Yeah hard work basically LOL. SAME as for all of us. Training plus cardio for fat loss has def been my experience.
