It depends upon how you define white. Slavery was legal in Saudi Arabia until the1960s. It’s probably more accurate to say the Western world ended slavery first.

Women are better at some things than men. Communication oriented tasks especially. They use more parts of their brain and process verbal communication much better. Most of what you seem to be describing would be within the scope of HR and office manager.
Of course stuff like getting coffee is just degrading. If a guy told another guy to do that one of them would have to die. There are unwritten rules about that. A likely response would be “Yeah, I’ll grab some on the way back from banging your old lady…” 
Being described as cold sounds like something most people don’t want to be known or described as. So, the shit test proper response is to totally do what ever it is that refusing to do would be to earn a woman that description.
So that, to me, is manipulation.
I don’t know about that. You can say exactly what you mean and a woman will believe you’re saying anything but what you said. With many of the women I work with, the shorter my answers are, the more confused they get. They seem to need a lot of unnecessary words.
I used to think that, but someone convinced me otherwisde.
When they ask questions for clarity its to understand you better. They’re telling you what they need to know to do better.

The issue is that these tasks are hindering women in the workplace, so either make them promotable or distribute them
agreed. This is why I did not include tasks such as planning office parties or other social events. I think some women genuinely enjoy doing that.
I doubt theres a gender difference in enjoyment of notetaking or getting coffee
so why should women be degraded
Not a slight, but you should spend some time in the workforce.
All of those things are promotable when combined and leveraged. There are HR executives or “Chief People Person” in most large organizations.
And some people aren’t hindered, they’ve just reached their point of incompetence. Basically just topped out at what they’re capable of.
Not a personal value judgement. Ive worked with plenty of very nice people who were doing their best at those things, and thats as far as they’re going to go.

Sikh brothers and sisters regarding finding a balance
Punjab is starting to strike a balance now, but even 10 years ago I wouldn’t say it was balanced. Women getting a degree just to look good for marriage and then being forced to quit their career forever was normal even around 2010.
For American Sikhs, I’ll actually agree. You’ll even have wives who make more than their husband, but I’ve never seen it result in divorce. I think my wife and I’s Punjabi upbringing is a big reason why the redpill stuff makes little sense to me. I’ll acknowledge it’s real for normal American culture, though.
Also, current Punjab is weird in that it has a drug crisis that mostly affects men. So it’s not uncommon to have loyal wives who act as the breadmaker and full-time mom while the dad just gets high all day. I can’t imagine that happening in America.
