Women are no less intellectually capable than men. There historically were not many women scientists, mathematicians etc because women were literally not allowed to pursue these subjects.
Even when they were, there’s the stereotype that women are inherently worse at STEM → discouragement at a young age
We don’t really know if men and women are on average of the same intellectual capacity. We also don’t know if the distribution is the same. This is especially true when we start talking about specific types of intellectual capacity (spatial reasoning or language processing or whatever). Woke ideology has required that we assume that men and women are the same and that any differences in performance are results of either unfair societal influence or bias in the test. But that is effectively assuming the conclusion.
Truth is, it doesn’t matter. Most tasks are ultimately performed by those that are well above average at those specific tasks (specialization). As such average doesn’t really matter.

Almost 0% of women don’t ever want kids. The ones who never have any are usually miserable once their chance to has come and gone. A career isn’t meaningful once you are old enough to start thinking about things like your legacy, death etc.
