Half and Half?

Is is okay to have tea or coffee with spenda and maybe 4 tbsp of half and half with P+F meals? Will the dairy be bad in terms of insulin response and stuff? Or is it an okay source of sat. fat?

Half and Half is the new whole milk for bulking.

I used to work at a grocery store, and when dairy products expired, the boss gave them to me, and I would drink or eat them. Well, I had read on T-Nation that old time bodybuilders used to use half and half and heavy whipping cream for bulking. We had about 15 cartons of heavy whipping cream expire, and my boss said go for it. So I stood in the back room, and put a carton of that shit down. It was disgusting. At that point in time, my boss thought it was funny, so I had to drink a few more cartons. I threw up all over the parking lot as I was taking the remaining cartons to the dumpster.

It a great source of Sat fats and calorie but might as well go for heavy whipping cream. you can use a bit less get the same result and save $$$$. Its damn good in sugar free jello as well just a tbls or so mix it in MMMM
