Confused About Milk

i have been reading post about how much milk you drink. and people are saying it good, and others saying its bad i’m just wondering what are the pro’s and con’s… thanks

Pros: inexpensive, good source of protein and calories
Cons: relatively high insulin response, some people are lactose intolerant

Pros: Bulking.
Cons: Cutting.

Thats being very general. While bulking, drink it like its skittles falling from the sky like in those old stupid commercials. While cutting, try to drink it in moderation, preferably in the morning.

Pro: tastes great.

Pro: You can slam a bunch down for quick calories.

Ask for stats of the ones saying it’s bad.

I am lactose intolerant and I still am glad I drank milk when I was trying to make the largest initial physical change.

We used to call it choking the chicken.

I’m not saying milk is bad or anything, but I only use it with my morning cereal. I don’t have a lightning fast metabolism so can’t have millions of carbs without thinking. I already get enough carbs from sources I enjoy eating and I am steadily gaining so it’s working for me.

But, on the other hand, if I was having trouble gaining weight with my daily intake, I would up the milk and see if it works for me. If it matters, I am 6’1 and ~210.

I just started putting milk heavly into my diet the past month and a half and have seen these results so far

25lbs to bench
30bls to squat
10lbs to deadlift(this is all dependin on the day with the deadlift sometimes its 15lbs).

Cant argue with those results and the fact my strenth is still going makes me think this is what ive been missing.

Cons: countless PM’s from PGA asking me to douse myself in milk and then send him the pictures.
