look, my post was to let you know of the dangers that some people pose. knowing how i am, i’m just saying use caution when you want to follow somebody to their car. it’s the same for going to somebodies house, you never know what they have inside. it’s just not a very bright idea, and it shows a lack of experience with these types of situations.
i’ve had guns pulled on me, i’ve been shot at, i’ve pulled a gun on people(from car to car), i have friends that have been shot, one to death. i’ve been stabbed, jumped, and returned the favor. i’ve been locked up more than once. please don’t talk to me like you know something about real life.
the truth is that 99% of you are just a bunch of middle aged buisness men, who would readily hand over their wallet and their keys and don’t “want any trouble”. you can say whatever you want over the internet, you can lie about everything if it pleases you. i tell you this, i have no reason to lie. do you think that a cop is gonna read this shit, and be able to do something about it?
please, wake the fuck up.thats all i have to say about that.
Dude, who are you directing your posts towards? You are acting like no one else but you has any life experience. Yes, this is the internet, but do you honestly think everyone responding in this thread somehow missed every danger in life growing up?
You’ve had a friend who has been shot? Well, aren’t you all alone on that one. Maybe we can trade war stories at some other time, however, I am betting that not everyone here grew up with a silver spoon in their mouth. The exact same assumptions you are telling people to avoid are the same ones you are making about others.
i’m directing my post towards the douchebags who called me on out. if your not one of said douchbags, you need not reply.i didn’t say NOBODY knew what i was talking about, if you look closer it say’s 99%. welcome to the club, i’m sure there has to be a couple of people who have had the same troubles in life. now being a doctor, you either dealt with this shit at a very young age, and learned it was not for you and got away. seeing as medical school is a huge commitment, i can’t see how you would have the time to deal with this and medical school at the same time. i could be wrong, or you could not be a doctor, or you could not be part of the 1% i speak of.
i can picture you know, trying to study while in the projects ducking bullets from the thugs outside.hustling birds to pay for books, tricking bitches to make ends meet, oh and lifting like a mad man to achieve your size. my my thats a busy schedule. if your not in the hood, you don’t get to see this kinda shit often. i have friends who have pulled themselves out of the shit to become very succesful, so it’s not impossible just unlikely. either way, i wasnt talking to you…or was i?

I grew up in south Houston. No projects but it was far from a rich neighborhood. The school my dad was a teacher at was the second home to mostly kids from the projects that were right across the street from it. I had two parents who were, oddly enough given the fact that no one else who lived around me happened to be, educated. They were teachers. I was reading on a third grade level before I started school. That was how my parents were and that alone is why I ended up in school. I’ve had a gun pointed at me for my shoes. Do they even sell Adidas anymore? Either way, I got mine taken that day. The point was, don’t underestimate others because of some stereotype you have of people from certain backgrounds. There are quite a few people who break those roles. They may be middle aged, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t go through possibly even more shit than anything you have experienced. Everyone thinks they have it bad. I personally think you are given what you can handle. But then, I also don’t believe in coincidence.
