GVT Variety?

When doing the original GVT, I know you are only supposed to do one exercise per body part. Would it work to do, for example, inline bench on week one and flat bench on week two and so on?

Sure. Will it work as well, better, or worse than the original? I don’t know, but I doubt that you’ll shrink. The variation may be good, of course the similar overload every workout is one of the benfits of the original program. What your talking about is a hybrid between TC’s new GVT and the old GVT. You should get some good results though (I suspect). How about posting them when you’re done?
