haha, I’m not sure if you’re kidding but I’m serious. How do you get to 2000 push-ups a day?

CF style = elbows in, nose to ground (isolates the tricep endurance pretty good)

Also the fully loaded ruck marches is pretty standard for army even though it might not be great for your knees or back, its reality. If you train with it at least sometimes you’ll be way faster and be able to run a lot longer when its gone.

… but if you just want to look like a JTF 2 then don’t bother doing any of that stuff just do your squats, benches and deadlifts and each broccoli.

dude, i dont even know what any of that is supposed to mean. i realize your location says canada, so depending on where you are, translation might be SLIGHTLY off, but i cant even really derive a solid point, or rather, a relative point in what you just said.

you still didn’t answer my question about the pull-ups. you make it sound like you are doing 40 pull-ups in one set, meaning you jump up and grab the bar, crank out 40 pull-ups, and then drop down, with no specified time limit. if that is the case, post a video of it. now, again, as i stated, if thats not the case, say you jump up and do 15, then drop down, then jump back up and do 12, drop back down, then jump up and do 10, drop, and go back up for 3 more, then yes, youve done 40 pullups. but, that is not how you make it sound like youre doing them. YOU COULD HAVE SIMPLY ANSWERED WITH HOW YOURE DOING THE PULLUPS!

also, as far as your statement to “be a jtf2 or just look like one” i dont really give a shit how many books have been written on the subject. if theres books written with that as the title, you should realize its a marketing ploy. that way, people that do actually want to be jtf2’s will buy the book, as well as people that have no interest in being military, but would want the powerful, rugged look that these people tend to have.

the statement is definitely still a pussy statement. you either want to be a jtf2, or you dont. if you do, then just looking like one, without actually being one, would not be a replacement. put your damn head on straight and read the words that i have typed. they do make sense.
