Almost impulse bought the PowerFlannel as well, ha. Although I do know how to run a chain saw, can grow a beard, and operate power tools. I just know for a fact that I’ll look like a jagoff for lack of musculature

Edit: Your side chick wears the same size jackets as you? Time for some shoulder specialization.

What’s the most easy way and passably tasty way to prep breast?

How about snacking on chicken breast?

Do chickens have a butt/glutes that I can eat or is that part of the thigh?

They have butt - but it’s mostly fat.
Eat and you’ll gain weight fast

Chicken shake.

If you’re looking to be in a surplus, chicken salad. Delicious, easy to get down, you can eat it with cheese and bread…also deep fried is a great way to make it more palatable

I like the sound of deep frying up some popcorn chicken like protein snacks. How do I make it like kfc popcorn chicken cos I could eat that all day. One time they were doing a bucket of popcorn chicken promotion and I got sick trying to smash it in one go. I adapted to the volume by the second time though.

I’ve never eaten much chicken breast but it can’t be harder to get down than a pound of tuna true?

Nope, just gets old (like tuna). When I was eating a ton of chicken I’d bake it, but season each breast differently, and if you like hot sauces and mustards, you’re golden. Unseasoned, baked chicken breast will just take whatever flavor you add to it, where tuna will still have a bit o’ the fish, no matter what you do.

How about shredded chicken breast bathed in salsa or barbecue sauce? Sounds pretty good to me and a lot healthier (lol what is health) than popcorn chicken

Oh for sure, I was always to lazy to shred it, haha but by far the best way to have it, we have some solid sugar free sauces around here and I’m sure you could find some. Money in the bank.

I was about to give you props for the hot side chick, then realized you don’t lift and that’s not your side chick

Thats why Im saying Chicken thighs > Breasts … The thighs still have high protein content but a little more fat than the breast. Enough to give them some bangin flavour. Dont even need to season, they taste fantastic plain(IMO). You could always get some cheap marinade and let it soak for 24hrs too.

This is what I do some weeks. Easy, can bring a bunch of it to work, dont have to worry about reheating it.

Protein + Coffee + Cream is a great way to get a few grams in early. I hate cooking, so getting started early is important.

Chicken thighs are great. Put some in a pan, cover with BBQ sauce, bake around 400 for around 30 minutes.

Or Shake and Bake some chicken, so it has a crusty/crunchy coating, similar to Pop Corn chicken.

I figure if I get 1 protein shake (50 grams) and one bonus high protein chicken snack (50 grams) my regular meals should cover the rest.

You really need to tone down with the sumos

But as per your question - just build up your protein intake

Eat four eggs for breakfast every day for a week

Then do the same with five eggs, six eggs - that’s over 40 grams of protein

If you eat 300 grams of chicken you are getting an easy 50-60 grams in, same with beef.

Have a protein shake both pre and post workout, that’s another 80 grams

If you have access to quark, eat it. A pound is 60 grams of protein and with some müesli it’s really easy to get down (or you could just throw it into a blender)

Add cottage cheese to your meals, if you eat five times a day and add 100 grams to each meal that’s an extra 60-85 grams with really low effort

When you can’t eat more in a single meal, just add another meal and build it up too

Trust me, I used to eat a pound of protein per day

I do a 2 scoop first thing in the morning and. 1-2 scoop at night of casien every day

On workout days 1 scoop 30-40 min pre workout and one scoop post workout.

I’m hitting 200-250g of protien a day for a 240lb body weight
