Nil specific grip work atm. I’m confident in hook grip holding anything I can pull. It’s not really a grip strength thing. Mostly. Hopefully.
Well I mean with 290 x3 and 270 x 5 there should be zero question if 300 is there in that case. I thought you were concerned mostly about grip st this point
The straps allow for a slightly more advantageous position. Almost a variation to comp standard DLs and it’s hard to tell what the exact carryover will be. Strapped deadlifts are stronger than ever… hopefully the carryover is PHAT

My low back is a niggly atm. Nothing too bad but probs extended a hard heavy block a bit too long. Might fuck with the start of next block a lil but we’ll deload and see what we can do.
