I did before lockdown, but now I’m fat and don’t have a barbell :cry:
Hopefully will get strong again soon. Fuck COVID

To be fair I did make positive changes and apply em consistently for a while to get things moving.

If it makes u feel any better muscle memory is a thing. You’ll be back in no time and progressing beyond

Cheat deadlifts seem very strong, any idea where your conventional is at these days?

Hard to say. Rarely train conventional. Best indicator would be 190kg x 8 @ RPE sub 6 I did few weeks ago during a deload/washout. Technically a rep PB but can’t really extrapolate from high reps. Probs low-mid 200s

Hit 260kg x 6 yesterdi. Ties the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted without the bar sleeves fully loaded with bumper plates. I hit it for a 3RM late last year and now it’s a not super uncomfortable 6RM. It’s all new territory from here. All PRs

92-93kg depending on KFC intake. Have been on a small surplus for like a year. Good environment for gains

Probs lean towards the Jug AI if u have a decent amount of time to train. Pushing the workload will be useful for u to build up a base of muscle mass.

and how much time are we talking?

Jug will give u proper volume/hypertrophy work more. If u need to fill out is nice

2 hrs pushing the pace.
