I think ima go around all the nooks and crannies on Thursdi and vacuum them all up. There’s a lot in the couch which is why I don’t sit on it. I’ll try suck them all up too lol

Upper body today. Hit the machines incline overhead presses and rows + lat pull downs. Something to be said for machine work for powerlifting I think just getting in volume to get thicc.

Lower body is sore after yesterday’s lower body sesh with hack squats, leg press and GHRs.

Gonna be crushed all over tomorrow lel.

Bench has been lacklustre this whole block in stark contrast to squat/deadlift. Back to the drawing board I guess

In the meantime Ima test hard to go big the day after tomoz with the boiz. Should be a full house at the garage

Decent day today. Fatigue is catching up RPEs are up from expected.

Not sure if is longer term cumulative from a few weeks of hard training or short term from a volume bump (2 sets of rep deads at the start of the week up from 1 set)

Anyways worked up to a pause deadlift rep PB 240kg. Was a bit sloppy had some dancing knee action on the first rep, technically missed the rep. Followed up with rep squats 160kg x 8 PR to continue to push the 8s rep range.

One last rep PB 230kg x 11 before the deload. Have gone 3 weeks up/pushing before fatigue has caught up. Didn’t feel super strong today so deload is due.

After deload gonna run TSA’s intermediate program, test at the end of that and then use those numbers to pick up some proper coaching and push that thru to the first powerlifting meet mid next year.

Dunno if I mentioned it above but I’m thinking of Melbourne Strength Culture for coaching. I really like their content and have learned much about new age powerlifting. Reckon I’d learn a lot from being coached also
