Gone a bit hard to start the block. My power tits are sore from yesterday and all over also I guess so resting today instead of going in for some squats. Strong start to the block though, projecting to hit some big numbers. Gonna go in tomoz hit some rep PRs: at least pause squats. Never started a block/coming out a deload this strong before so we’ll see where we end up.

Decent sesh today. Not high readiness but have been sandbagging pause squats enough to hit some straightforward rep PBs 150x4 and 160x3. 140kg x 8 pause squat rep PR back down too. Solid sesh.

Picked up some loadable oly DB handles Off marketplace which needed a little bit of TLC and they turned out pretty sexy.

Thnx brother and welcome to me log but if anything im a relatively weak presser. Progressing tho so hopefully bigger/stronger. I like hitting lifts clean 99% of my work is with at least a bit in the tank.

Maybe lol. Most of my training is geared towards powerlifting right now so all the main lifts and close variations benefit from hitting clean work. For accessory stuff that is heavy like DBs is the same but lighter stuff like the delt work youve inspired me to be more consistent with i reckon we can go ham on no problemo

I have been guilty of it as well, like I wasn’t super consistent with lunges or BSS and now I have a weaker leg :slight_smile:

I reckon I can squeeze in a delt giant set to failure or two. Time and energy lacking towards the end of a sesh for me

Getting crushed by life a little these days but snuck in a bench sesh. Didn’t feel particular good especially technique wise but got in solid work.

Highlights were a rep PR on TnG Bench 100kg/2 plates x 16 and heaviest Spoto Bench I’ve ever done at 125kg for a double.

Wanted to smash some overhead press PBs today also but Delts were burnt out after TnG Bench. Another time
