Tights sexiness is for debate but is comfy, relatively warm but not too much, allows free movement but not of ur junk and is slick to protect ur shins from deadlifts.

Is a volume block so I gotta stop pushing for rep PRs at high intensity. It’s the point in a lower volume strength phase but don’t quite have the recovery capacity to train efficiently if I bump intensity often and accumulate extra fatigue.
Volume is driving the gains right now. Building a base and shit. Helps to stay disciplined if reframing it as my volume work now is with weights that were my max effort work not so long ago. Volume work is less exciting for sure but it’ll do. Can PR on accessory lifts at least.
Work capacity is def important at lower intensities. Plus you get the hypertrophy benefit as well. Its also fun switching stuff up. This 8 block Kaleb has me on has been a good eye opener of what I was kinda missing out on.
